Kinston team develops best cleaning, best drying and fastest washing dishwasher
At the recent 2019 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS), Electrolux launched a new Kinston, NC built Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher that has earned the distinction of being the appliance industry’s best cleaning, best drying and fastest washing dishwasher of the market.
The team designed the new dishwasher to solve the consumer pain point of dishes not being clean or dry enough at the end of the wash cycle. They developed the dual OrbitClean® wash system, an innovation that removes tough, dried and baked on food better than any other dishwasher[1].

This fall, the plant will celebrate 30 years in Kinston and will also manufacture more than a million dishwashers.
